ADVENTURE DESCRIPTION

Experience all true, rugged colors of Bosnia & Herzegovina, from the old town of Trebinje, rare tempered rainforests called Perucica and Maglic, its highest peak.

Your adventure will start from the bottom up (as it should), visiting Trebinje city and its old parts dating from 18th century Ottoman period, moving to Perucica, rare European rainforest with a visit to Skakavac (Grasshopper) waterfall hidden in it, before climbing the highest peak this gorgeous country can offer. All with the helping hand of your guide, discussing about the history and difficult past of these magnificent places.

We’ll explore the old city center, filled with centuries-old architecture, followed by a delicious lunch at a local restaurant. To top off the day, we’ll visit Tvrdoš Monastery for a wine tasting of their famous wines. After a warm welcome, we’ll head to our accommodation in Tjentište, where we’ll enjoy dinner and discuss the next day’s adventure.
