The Montenegrin highlands are home to rugged mountains, endless forests of black pine, deep canyons and long beaches with crystal blue sea. This adventure will see you explore this remote area by canyoning, hiking and relaxing on the beaches. On top of that, you’ll also explore the Old Kotor Town on the first day, which is a UNESCO’s World Heritage Site.

Friday: Arrival and Tour of Kotor
Your transport will meet you at Dubrovnik Airport where you will be transferred to your accommodation in the Old Bar, where you’ll be accommodated for the duration of this tour.
Along the way, you’ll drive along the Adriatic coast where you will be able to see the medieval cities of Herceg Novi, Budva and Kotor.
In Kotor, you will stop for a welcome lunch where your city guide will show you the protected sites as well as the spectacular view of the Southern Adriatic Sea.

Saturday: Canyoning in Medjurecki canyon
After your breakfast, you’ll be transferred to the Medjurecki canyon where you will be given your equipment for the day.
Before heading off, you will have short training in safety and the proper procedures you will need for canyoning.
After that, there is nothing stopping you embarking on a great adventure through one of the best canyons in the Balkans.
Over the course of the day, you will follow the flow of the water as you hike, abseil and slide down the waterfalls into the natural pools below.
Later that day, you can visit the old town of Bar and you’ll have some free time for just enjoying on the beaches or swimming.
4 – 5 hours canyoning, 1-hour driving
Take your time to enjoy breakfast and your last morning in Montenegro.
Your host will then drive you to Podgorica Airport where you can catch your flight home.
